International Federation of Independent Experts and Specialists is created on February, 12, 2003 on the base of created on August, 12, 1996 AIEL (LNEA) – Association of Independent Experts and Specialists of Latvia – lnea.ucoz.lv. It's confirmed by corresponding certificates with registration numbers.

        Creation of IFOIE (SNEF) was originally based on organizations from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Later to them organizations joined from Russia and Ukraine. Now International Federation of Independent Experts and Specialists cooperates not only with the higher mentioned states, but also with Holland, Germany, Austria, Israel and other states of Europe.

    IFOIE and, accordingly, AIEL a trust is too valuable . . . For this reason along with one of main principles of work of independent experts and specialists – strict confidentiality, very important and valuable also another principle – incorruptibility, as truth is more expensive . . .
